Pakistan Super League

Cricket is certainly the second most played and watched sports in the entire world just after Football.

Likewise, cricket is also seen as a religion in some parts of my country, Pakistan. Just recently

International cricket council and Pakistan cricket board announced that they are starting the season 3

Pakistan Super League with the previous 2 seasons being a massive success. The league consists of 6

teams each representing major cities of Pakistan. Players from all around the world are bought on

auction for millions of dollars. The league is being hosted in United Arab Emirates but the final

will be played in the largest city of Pakistan which is Karachi. In the previous season the PSL

had a gross profit of over $2.5 million which was just the starting season. Each team is worth $5

million - $10 million depending on the city. For instance Karachi and Lahore which are the biggest

cities of Pakistan are worth the most. The league started on 22nd February and will go on till 22nd of

March.
